PLA Request for 2024 Streetlight Maintenance Services

The Detroit Public Lighting Authority (DPLA) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms  that best meet the requirements identified in this RFP and will be able to assist with the maintenance of the lighting system.

The evaluation process will include the assessment of both economic and non-economic criteria. The evaluation will be conducted reviewing pricing, scheduling, feasibility, capacity proposed methodology and other relevant factors.. The activity for the period ended June 30, 2024, reflects a steady state of operations and maintenance activity and planned maintenance.

Responses may be submitted either hardcopy or electronically, but must be received by Monday, August 5, 2024, 11:59 PM EST, either electronically or in hardcopy at the PLA Offices.

Electronic submissions may only be submitted in the file formats specified in Article V, to Marie A. Brown, Chief Administrative Officer (mbrown@pladetroit.org).
